Every item here at Stitching Memories is made to order with your customisable and personalised options. Due to the bespoke nature of all the products made here at Stitching Memories unfortunately I do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

Please ensure that you carefully check all customisable and personalisation options before checkout as I do not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you have made a mistake with your order, please email me straight away, and if I haven’t yet started making it, I will gladly amend your order. 

In the very unlikely event that a product arrives faulty, or it is not the item you ordered, please contact me within 48hrs of receiving the item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is faulty, I will offer to fix it and cover postage costs or make a replacement for you. Where returning items please get proof of postage. 

For items where there is an issue, where we I am not informed within 48hrs from delivery I reserve the right to refuse a refund.   

I cannot refund or exchange any ‘used’ or ‘customer damaged’ items.
