The terms ‘I’ and ‘me’ used within these Terms & Conditions and Website www.stitchingmemories.co.uk refer to the owner Julie Wheatland.  

The customer is responsible for making themselves aware of the Terms & Conditions of ‘Stitching Memories’ before placing an order.  

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, therefore please check them before each purchase. By continuing to access the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms and Conditions, please stop using the Service. 

I reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. All current orders would be fulfilled as per order.   

Pricing: All prices for the products are subject to change without notice. All prices are clearly stated on the website at the time of purchasing. Any chosen personalisations and additions will be added to your basket when you order, and prices clearly stated.  

Postage & Packaging: P&P is added to your order at the checkout and is clearly stated. 

Delivery of baby clothes: Once an order is placed for a baby clothes sweatshirt, the clothes need to be delivered to me within 2 weeks to allow me to keep to my turn around times and delivery dates specified. I will email you to inform you that I have received your clothes safely. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges: Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of all the products, unfortunately I am unable to offer any returns, refunds or exchanges. Please refer to the ‘Refunds and Returns Policy’ for further information.  

Changes: All orders are important to me and if you need to make any changes or additional instructions to your order, you should contact me as soon as possible so I can try to accommodate these changes. However, if I am already in the process of creating your product, this may not be possible due to the bespoke nature of the product. Please see ‘Refunds and Returns‘ policy for further information.  

Loss/Damage: I am not liable for any items lost or damaged in the post on their way to me and I therefore recommend that you send all clothes recorded delivery for peace of mind. All finished products are posted home to you via a tracked service. Once posted, I am not liable for any loss, damage or theft whilst in transit.  

Tracking: On completion of your order, I will email you your postal tracking number. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is correct at the time of ordering.  

Social Media: Stitching Memories reserves the right to use photographs of the products it has created for marketing purposes. I use photographs of many of the products I create on my website www.stitchingmemories.co.uk and social media pages @stitchingmemoriesbyjulie (Instagram) and @stitchingmemoriesbyjulie (TikTok). Please speak to me if you would not like the photos of your product to be used in this way. 

Personal data: Please see ‘Privacy Policy‘ regarding use of personal data.  

Input in design: I will make design decisions about where items of clothing are used but if you feel strongly about where certain pieces of clothing are used, please enclose a clear note in with your clothes parcel, and if possible, attached to the item mentioned. 

Unused fabric: Any unused pieces of fabric will be returned to you with your product. 

Time Sensitive Orders: If you require your product to be delivered by a particular date, please discuss this with me via email BEFORE placing your order to ensure that I am able to complete & deliver within your required timescales. 

Right to refuse: All my orders are subject to availability. I reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company. 

Copyright: Any attempt to reproduce or use any of the images from the website may result in legal action being taken.  

Web Site Usage and Conditions: This Website and all contents (including all photographs, images, descriptions, drawings and other material of any description) are owned by Stitching Memories. It is protected by copyright, which along with all other intellectual property rights in the Website, belong to Stitching Memories. The Website is available for your personal use only. You may only download, print, store and use any material appearing on the Website for the purpose of purchasing or researching the purchase of any product from Stitching Memories for yourself, family or friends, or providing such material to your family or friends for the same purpose. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) modify, copy, download, print, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or in any other way use or make available, any material appearing on this Website, except as set out above or agreed by Stitching Memories in writing in advance. I have the right to prevent you using this Website in the event of your breaching these terms.
