1. All orders are taken via my website www.stitchingmemories.co.uk/shop. Orders dispatched from West Sussex in the UK. Please ensure you complete the order form on the website fully, including any extras that you wish to add, and write any names or dates in the text boxes. Please be very careful to check all spellings and dates. You will need to complete a separate order form for every memory keepsake that you wish to purchase due to them all being bespoke, but you can then pay for all your chosen items together once you have added them all to the basket. If you would like to choose your thread colour for the sweatshirt/hoodie, please add this preference to the ‘additional notes’ box on the order form, or you can leave it to me to choose a beautiful colour combination. 

2. If you have chosen a baby clothes option you will then receive a confirmation email with instructions on what to send, and my address for where to send the clothes etc. Remember to check your junk folder if you have not received this. 

3. Please aim to send your clothes within 2 weeks to allow me to keep to my turnaround times. I would recommend sending your clothes using a tracked postal service so that you know that they have arrived with me, and I will also email you to let you know that I have received them. Please include a note with your clothes with your name and order number.

4. Then, when it is your turn, I will begin the exciting process of creating your keepsake. Keep an eye on my Instagram account for sneak peeks and updates, as you may see yours on there. Once completed, I will post your finished keepsake back to you via a tracked service, from which you will receive emails with the tracking number and delivery status.
